Packed Ice should get Cracked Bricks and a Polished Packed Ice block

It's a bit hard to add detail to builds with just the standard brick/slab/stair/chiselled. Cracked and polished let's you add depth for cheap and easy visuals

    Most of the chiseled blocks fit well with their unchiseled variants, but this is not the case with the new chiseled packed ice. Either the chiseled packed ice should be made to fit with bricks (something like chiseled tuff), or packed ice bricks should be made to have a polished variant.
