Polished Ice and Packed Ice Slabs

Since packed ice can be turned into bricks, it should also has a polished variant, and slabs and stairs and walls. So I'm proposing 7 new blocks:

Packed Ice Slab

Packed Ice Stairs

Packed Ice Wall

Polished Ice

Polished Ice Slab

Polished Ice Stairs

Polished Ice Wall

Any of the slabs can then be crafted into Chiseled Packed Ice.
