The Wither should get some sort of interaction with the Sift dimension

The Wither has some sort of connection with souls because of the Soul Sand used to make it, so what if it had a new form or was stronger if spawned in the Sift? I think it would be cool thematically even if it just had a minor interaction with the Sift like being able to be spawned with the sift blocks instead of just Soul Sand.

    Good but it would probably be weaker like a mini boss

    well, if the Sift is full of souls, and the Wither is made of souls, then the Wither should be more powerful. It should also drop a new item to add incentive for summoning it in the Sift.
