First up, the Frostfang. A frozen variant of the spider that doesn't slide around on ice, is half as slow as normal spiders, and inflicts the Freezing effect. Spawns naturally in cold biomes at the same light levels as spiders, and a spider can be turned into a Frostfang when it is in powdered snow for a while.
Next up, the Moose. An new mob which is tamable with spruce leaves, and it's frozen and undead variant called the Frostbitten acts as an alternative mount for the Frostbite. Frostbites would naturally attack Moose, and Moose, when attacked, would retaliate with a forward dash with their head lowered, which would take multiple hearts and apply heavy knockback. Frostbites will also naturally get onto Frostbitten, and control them to attack players and things that attack either mount or rider. If a player attacks a Moose the Moose will attack the player.
Once tamed, a Moose can be ridden using a saddle. instead of full body armor there is what is called Antler Tips, which come in Wooden, Copper, Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite variants. The Antler Tips can be enchanted with anything compatible with a sword. You can also use a Potion on a tamed Moose to tip it's antlers, meaning anything it dash attacks will be inflicted with that potion effect.
