A slight change in the generation of emerald ore

I suggest removing the upper limit of the range of occurrence of emerald ore in mountain biomes, so that they can appear on the tops of mountains.

I also suggest allowing them to generate in Ice Caves in order to somehow increase the chance of deepslate emerald ore appearing (I am seriously concerned about the situation regarding the rarity of this block!).
