Alpha Zombie

An alpha zombie is an especially rare zombie that is 3 blocks tall. If it unleashes its most powerful bite attack, you get the zombification debuff. This means that all neutral mobs will attack on sight and you have the properties of a zombie, for example less health and burning in sunlight. Healing potions also harm you.
