Increase max stack size from 64 to 128

It's well known that Minecraft's inventory management is in a bad state, and every new update only makes it worse. Increasing the stack limit from 64 to 128 would be a solid first step toward fixing the issue. Keeping the 64-item cap purely for 'cultural' or nostalgic reasons no longer makes sense.
