Ice caves are too dark, so, here are my solutions:
#1: Glowing Ice
Glowing Ice is a form of Ice which is crafted with Ice and prismarine crystals. It glows with the light level of 10 and can be found in ice caves far from lava, and common near crevasses, but it is mostly random where they spawn.
#2: Ice Glow Lichen.
This is just glow lichen which is only found on ice. This is not craftable, and can only be obtained with creative inventory or silk touch. By placing normal glow lichen on Ice, you get Ice Glow Lichen. It's just a texture overlay of glow lichen.
#3: Frost Vents
Frost Vents are single-block natural gas fissures embedded in the floors of deep ice caves. They emit a constant, ghostly blue cold glow and produce a dense vapor particle effect with a light level of 12. They spawn rarely on the floors of ice caves near the bottom layer where underground gases escape through the frost. Walking through the vapor inflicts the freezing effect. the vent block Using an iron and above pickaxe on the vent block collects a Frost Charge, which is just like a Fire Charge.
#4: Luminescent Powdered Snow
A hazard block that functions identically to regular powdered snow but glows in the dark with a changing light level of 1-7. It can spawn anywhere, and in the bottom there is water with ice crystals
#5: Frost-Stone/Frost-Deeplsate
Frost-stone/Frost-Deeplsate is a rare kind of stone which generates near stone/deepslate ores and has a light level of 12.
Note: These blocks do not melt Ice or Snow.
