Door opening sound playing randomly

Ran into this problem not sure if its a bug or not, but after creating a new world doesnt matter what biome I'm in or if there's no caves nearby i get a door opening sound affect played at random. I also get a block placing sound played at random. Not sure why this is happening if anyone can provide feedback, or something else to try please do. Thanks
