You could add grapes, grapevines, and wine. Here is how it works: grapevines can be found in vineyards located naturally on the large hills of the savanna or within villages. When a grapevine is broken—whether by hand or with any tool—it yields a vine-like sapling. To plant it, there must be a water source nearby (within 3 blocks), and the soil must not be tilled (hoed). After 4 minutes, the grapes will ripen; you will need shears to harvest them. You can eat the ripe grapes directly, but they will only restore half a hunger point (half a drumstick); however, if you process them into wine, they will fully restore your hunger bar. To turn grapes into wine, you need a cauldron filled with water and a sieve (crafted using four wooden planks and two pieces of string—arranged with two planks on the sides, the two strings in the center column, and the remaining two planks on the opposite side). Place the sieve on top of the cauldron and put the grapes onto the sieve; the grapes will disappear, and wine will appear inside the cauldron. To collect the wine, you need a glass bottle (crafted by placing three glass blocks vertically in a single column). Once you have the bottle, simply click on the cauldron containing the wine to obtain a bottle of wine.
