Horn noteblocks and jukebox compatibility with the horn

Horn noteblocks that people craft using a horn with a noteblock, maybe it could also work with all the tuning blocks like emerald, gold, glass, and what not. Or maybe instead, implement a "horn block" (lol) or wind block of sorts that work like the other tuning blocks to change the noteblock sound to a horn. For the special musical horns, Mojang should let people pop them into or on top of the jukebox, then people can use buttons with redstone and dispensers like normal to get all the musical horns playing simultaneously.
