Make so frostbites have similar spawn rates as strays throughout the biomes but for balancing make ica ball drop rates similar to skeleton dropping a bow upon death, then frostbites with ice balls should have similar spawn rates as a zombie with a spear with same odds of dropping an ice ball as currently
