When you blow the whistle, Happy Gusts, tamed horses, and donkeys will go into standby mode, and wolves and cats will be allowed to roam freely. I want a whistle. The recipe I came up with is something that can be made with 4 pieces of string and 2 pieces of iron. Having this will prevent horses and Happy Gusts from wandering off, and allow you to watch wolves and cats roam freely.
