Realms Suspicion System (Anti-Xray, Etc.)

When playing Minecraft with a group of friends, there's always one member who always is trying to get ahead of everyone else. Occasionally, depending on that person, they may be equipped with a resource pack that gives them an unfair advantage compared to everyone else. A common culprit being X-Ray.

What if there was some resource-checker upon loading in that could flag user's resource packs. Now, it doesn't have to be every single pack, nor be used to send flags to Microsoft, since this could possibly break privacy, but it would be a small notification, or flag, only visible to the owner of the Realm. So, they can simply choose whether or not it follows the server's rules, and have it blocked accordingly.
