Make jukebox block directional

The jukebox block should be directional/rotatable, so the slot on top can face any direction instead of being locked to facing the same direction regardless of which way you were facing when the jukebox was placed. This would also be useful for resource packs that want to add custom textures or models for the front face of the jukebox instead of applying the same texture to all 4 sides.
