New /Locate Feature for Snapshot 26.4 5/6

So there has been a problem.

The /Locate command is fine, but everytime you search for the nearest biome, it may be just small, so instead make it add if the biome you wanna locate should be big or small. And also make it when you are standing in the biome, and then locate the biome you are standing on, it should look for the next nearest biome.

But i think you guys need to add it in 26.4 snapshot 5/6.
