Old way of making capes

old cape method: either using mods or local file replacement to create capes. Creating capes and inputing a file for it nowdays would encourage player creativity and spark game-wide use of capes and art as a whole. It would be nice to create a cape that others could see and not just have a mod. OptiFine is basically dead at this point.
