I propose adding a new, built-in world type toggle during creation called "Advanced Realism." This toggle runs alongside the Classic model, allowing older players to enjoy immersive simulation features without altering the simpler, nostalgic game for younger audiences. In this mode, the calendar shifts away from fast ingame cycles and is strictly tied to real-life days. Each season lasts exactly 14 real-life days (covering two full weekends for busy players), making the full seasonal year last 2 months. Time and seasons progress based on the real-world server clock even when players are offline. Day and night lengths shift dynamically with the real seasons (longer winter nights), and sleeping features a smooth visual time acceleration instead of an instant black-screen skip. If a player drives a car during the night without sleeping, the night naturally slows down until they set up a roadside camp.
