I suggest adding an optional automatic graphics optimization system to Minecraft Java Edition.
This feature would monitor the player's FPS in real time and automatically adjust graphical settings whenever performance drops.
For example:
-
If FPS drops, the game automatically reduces render distance.
-
If performance continues to decrease, it reduces particles, clouds and other graphical effects.
-
If necessary, it adjusts simulation distance to reduce the workload.
-
When FPS becomes stable again, the game gradually restores the original settings.
Players should be able to choose their target FPS, customize which settings can be changed, and disable automatic optimization whenever they want.
The goal is to make Minecraft smoother and more accessible, especially for players with lower-end computers, without requiring additional mods.
This should be an optional built-in feature available to everyone.
