Multi player bug

Hello minecraft I hope yoy see this post. For the past couple of months I haven't been able to play the multi-player aspect of minecraft because it still says that multi-player is disabled due to parental controls even though I have done all the steps I need to fix it so could you please fix my account because I think its because of that
