26.4 Snapshot 4 - Crevasses are Too Safe

It feels like a waste to implement brittle ice only for crevasses to be little more than small holes often filled with water, rendering them little more than annoyances rather than hazards.

Here are some options to give crevasses more tension: 
- Make them deeper
- 50/50 chance to not have water
- Chance to replace water with Powder Snow
- Low chance to generate with upturned Icicles at the bottom
- Make water in ice caves freeze players
