Aurora Cape Redemption code unavailable

I watched a Minecraft Dungeons II livestream on Twitch and earned the Twitch Drop reward. However, it has been two weeks and I still have not received the redemption code.

When I check my Twitch Drops inventory, the reward page shows the following error message: "Redemption code unavailable. Please try again later."

I have completed all the required viewing, and the drop appears in my Twitch inventory, but I am unable to get the actual code to redeem it.

    It's because Mojang didn't give Twitch enough codes.

    At least it showed up in your drops inventory, it hasn't even done that for me, and that's after "watching" 5+ hours in over 3 streams in an attempt to obtain it, with no luck.

    After doing some of my own independent research, I've discovered that it has been broken on Twitch since Day 2 of the campaign, according to some forums and youtube videos discussing the matter.

    Tbh, it probably would have worked out better if there had also been an in-game way of obtaining it (either on Java or Bedrock edition), like what they did for the Copper Cape, that way there would have been a code-free option and this especially when considering the cape's popularity.

    Unfortunately for this one, all we can really do is send Mojang feedback and hope that Twitch is given more codes.
