The player could repair the brittle ice with the new ice balls.

Currently, brittle ice doesn't return to its initial, more intact state when a player steps on it, which is normal and logical.But there might be a way for someone who really wants this to simply click with Ice Balls and mend that broken ice back to its initial stage.
