Freezing in water with blue ice

Recently, Blue Ice was updated to generate Brittle ice upon contact with water. It would be awesome if placing a Blue Ice block at the bottom of a pond chilled the surrounding water, inflicting the Freezing effect on players who enter and spawning the new floating ice particles as a visual indicator—similar to how Potent Sulfur blocks cause Nausea underwater. Alternatively, to prevent mechanics from clashing, a new Glacial Ice block could be added: a light-emitting, vibrant blue block crafted from multiple Blue Ice blocks, specifically designed to chill water and trigger these effects
