Blocks above both Jukeboxes and Note Blocks

Note blocks should no longer have blocks placed beneath them and instead have them placed on top. This is already the case with mob heads, and it makes sense since the jukebox has the slot on the top, and the chest goes on top of that. Plus, the entire texture is that of a speaker, so it doesn't make sense that putting a block on the top prevents it from making any sound.
