Custom Menus or Custom Commands

I really think being able to add custom commands with a condition that is enabled is really cool! For example;

if AllowCustomCommands=0, don't allow custom commands.

if AllowCustomCommands=01,  allow custom commands.

If that isn't possible, It would make my life a lot easier if you could open ui menus like inventory, or chests with commands. Like, REALLY REALLY EASIER.
