Combine Frosted and Brittle Ice

These two block types should be combined into one block. They should also be affected by the temperature of the biome. In most warm biomes, they would simply melt after a few seconds, but in cold biomes they wouldn't melt at all and just remain there.

    This sounds like a cool idea and would be a fun trap making mechanic.

    They could be affected by different blocks, such as blue ice being used to keep the area cool, allowing the ice to not melt in warm biomes. And then light levels could be used to melt ice in cold biomes where they normally would not melt
