Blue Icicles (& Packed Icicles)

Surround an icicle block in 8 pieces of either packed ice or blue ice to turn it into a “Packed Icicle” or “Blue Icicle” so it doesn’t melt traditionally with light sources. This should spawn naturally in ice caves in more concentrated spots of ice as you trench further into the icy abyss. This also allows you to build with icicles without them melting from torches or bright light sources.
