New skeleton variant - Jungle Skeleton

Jungle skeletons can spawn in the following biomes:

Jungle

Bamboo Jungle

Sparse Jungle

A new variant would shoot tipped arrows of Harming, which would inflict more damage on the player, making jungle biomes a little more challenging and trickier.

Of course, the new mob could drop Arrows of Harming (Instant Damage I) 

I don't know how to name this mob differently than: Jungle Skeleton, but I believe developers could invent a fitting name for the new skeleton variant.
