Brittle Ice Expansion

I believe that the brittle ice is a great feature and hazard to have been added, though I think there are a few things that could improve it.

- Make it generate in frozen rivers and icebergs, it'd be a shame if it was exclusive to only ice caves.
- Make it so falling onto brittle ice makes it break faster or even instantly. It has great potential as a hazard, but it takes 2-3 seconds of standing still for it to actually break. Making it so that falling onto it breaks it faster would make you more cautious of where you land.
- It would be a cool idea if frost walker made you unable to crack brittle ice, would give slightly more use to the enchantment.
- Make it so when you break one brittle ice with a pickaxe (just by not cracking it), it'll break or at least crack nearby brittle ice. (Having silk touch would negate this)

I'd love for brittle ice to function similar to terraria's brittle ice

I agree with basically all of these suggestions, especially the first two. I think it'd be great for the brittle ice to generate in other places and maybe even have some crevasses that generate on the surface right above ice caves.
