Built-in Brightness and Fullbright Settings

I think it would be a great addition if Minecraft offered a better way to customize brightness, especially for players who enjoy exploring caves, mining, or playing on darker maps.

It would be nice to have an optional Fullbright setting that allows players to see more clearly in dark areas without having to install mods or use external tools.

Ideally, players could choose between the normal brightness settings and an enhanced brightness mode. This option could be available directly in the Video Settings and work in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

I believe this would be a useful quality-of-life improvement for players who prefer better visibility or simply want to customize how bright their game looks.

The feature should be completely optional, so everyone can continue playing with the default lighting if they prefer the original Minecraft experience.
