More Customization for Status Effect Timers

I think it would be a great addition to Minecraft if players had more ways to customize how their active status effects are displayed.

Inspired by mods like Effect Timer Plus, it would be nice to see a clear timer next to each status effect, showing exactly how much time is left. This would make it easier to keep track of effects such as Speed, Strength, Fire Resistance, and Night Vision without having to guess when they will run out.

It would also be great if players could adjust the size and position of the effect icons and timers in the settings, so everyone could choose the layout they like best.

I believe this would be a useful quality-of-life improvement for both casual players and those who enjoy PvP or challenging survival gameplay.
