Character Creator Skins Appear as Default Skins in Multiplayer

I am playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition version 26.52 on Android. For almost a month, I have been unable to see other players' Character Creator skins correctly in multiplayer. Their characters appear as default skins instead of showing their customized appearances and official Minecraft accessories. This issue did not happen before. I used to be able to see all types of skins, including Character Creator skins and imported skins. My friends can still see everyone's skins correctly, so the problem seems to affect my device or game installation.
