Add Kyrgyz language (Кыргыз тили) to official localization

Hello Minecraft team, I have been a passionate player of Minecraft for 5 years, and I am writing to kindly request the addition of the Kyrgyz language (кыргызча) to the official game language selection list. There is a large and active community of Minecraft players in Kyrgyzstan who love the game and would be thrilled to play it in their native language. Translating the user interface, items, and blocks into Kyrgyz would make the game much more accessible and welcoming for all players from our region. Many community members (including myself) are ready to help contribute translations, verify terms, and support the localization process to ensure high quality.
