Trading Items in Minecraft Dungeons 2

Trading items was a core mechanic of the first game and was something that made it feel so enjoyable to play with multiple players, wether if they are online and halfway across the globe, or just sitting right next to you. So far I have loved Minecraft Dungeons 2 but just not being able to trade with friends kinda makes the game feel much harder and less enjoyable. I think that adding a gifting villager like in the last game would be a wonderfull addition to the game and would make it 10 times better
