Pride Capes and Items

There should be specific pride flag capes for each of the genders and sexualitys in the LGBTQIA+ Acronym. There should also be an updated version of the Progress pride cape. Each of the capes should be free to claim every June during pride month, or year round. If not capes, there should be some other charecter creator item, like a bracelet or more scarfs and beanies. However, capes would be accessible for Bedrock and Java players, where charecter creator items are just for Bedrock players. Of course it is also possible to add both which would be ideal. (I wasn't quite sure what topic this belonged under, so I left it under marketplace as it seemed most suitable.)
