REAL custom skins?

I’ve always wanted to make my own skin. Pixel by pixel. But I have a PlayStation, so that’s a bummer. I think it would make everyone SO happy if you added a complex character creator into Minecraft for everyone to use on any console. Like how minecraftskins.com does it, or any other custom skin website. With the body and the outer layer to add depth onto the skin. Or at least let us transfer a skin we made in a website to our Minecraft no matter what we’re playing on. It doesn’t feel great being so left out as a bedrock and PlayStation player. I’m sure a lot of other people would appreciate this.
