controller layout

I have really been enjoying the game, although there are a lot of bugs and problems, one that is really annoying me was that when you want to upgrade the merchant or the enchantsmith, you have to press the menu button, but when you press the menu button, it brings you to the page where you can clone and create a new character, making it impossible to upgrade the merchant.
