Separate Keybinds for Toggle Sneak and Hold Sneak

Allow us to set a keybind separately for Toggling Sneak and Holding Sneak. For example, B on Controller can be Hold Sneak, and RS can be Toggle Sneak. Meaning you have to keep the button pressed to Sneak while clicking on the right stick turns Sneak on or off. Perhaps the same can be done for Toggle Sprint and Hold Sprint as well.
