New feature for the ice balls. Make them placeable

Make ice balls placeable as a block. It will be a small block, as the size as the turtle eggs or sea pickles, with the same feature to be placed in numbers of four, on a block. This ice balls block, if break, give you the respective item, and can be fund naturali in small quantity, on the top of all types of the ice blocks in frost biomes (on ice rivers/lakes, on the floor of the ice caves ecc..). This little feature, will give to frost biomes an extra detail, and the same for building too.
