This is a Bedrock Edition Suggestion -
When using "/execute as", the game does not consider the permission level of the player. A command block/npc can run "/execute as [player without operator permissions] run [operator-only command]" My suggestion is to add something similar to a [check permissions: boolean] field in which you can answer either "true" or "false". True would disallow any commands which could not be performed by the aforementioned player and false would let any command be activated (well... maybe except ones that are higher than level 1 permisson)
