Blizzard + unfreezing stuff

Blizzards could be added, so that, instead of raining, a major snowstorm could occur, with reduced visibility and the freezing effect. They could appear quite frequently (cloudy/rain=blizzard) and sometimes last for days. The only way to avoid eventual death within a blizzard could be wearing leather armour, or a fermented ice potion/armour enchantment for advanced players who want to avoid the hassle. Also, remaining near torches, wool blocks, or campfires could neutralize the cold.
