Fix new ice sounds to sound fuller

The new ice sounds in the new snapshot sounds much better than the old sound that reused the glass breaking sound, but it's not as good as it can be, it currently sounds vary weak. Unless there are plans to make the other different compressed ice variants have deeper sounds, the current ice sound just sounds like a sheet of ice breaking, not a full cubic meter block of ice shattering.
