Change the Drowned Spawn Egg item to have water around it

All the underwater Minecraft mob spawn eggs include a ring of water around the bottom of them except for the drowned spawn egg. For consistency I think this would be a nice feature to add to the game.

Arguably the Axolotl spawn egg should also be given a ring of water around the bottom due to them spawning underwater.
