Syncing old worlds

I can no longer port over my Xbox one edition worlds to Minecraft. I go to yhe settings-storage-sync old worlds but cant select manage to actually download them, It wont let me click the manage button at all but it shows ir detects my 46 worlds. I cant seem to find a fix and am very disappointed
