Songbird Eggs and Genetics Belongs to: Open Sky Adventures

Songbirds could lay special eggs inside their nests at night. These eggs would only hatch when placed in a proper Bird Nest. Baby birds could inherit traits from their parents, especially pastel color and song. Because the two traits are separate, a chick could inherit one parent’s color and the other parent’s song. This would create many natural combinations and make individual birds feel unique while keeping them wild rather than domesticated.
