New Weapon: Copper Cleaver/Voltedge

Common - Rare - Special - Copper Cleaver: A long copper blade that is thin and skinny. Used to transfer electrical charges and harnessed into a blade. It has a three attack combo, where it does a swing from the right, then a swing from the left, then an up swing that knocks mobs back slightly. Unique- Voltedge: Same as the Copper Cleaver except it has a unique attribute called Superconductor: After defeating an enemy or being hit by an electrical attack from an enemy, stores an electrical charge. At 10 charges, they all release and spawn three electrical currents that snake themselves along the ground and zap nearby crowds in enemies. For 7 seconds, attacks dealt with Voltedge deal waves of electrical damage and have quicker attack speeds.
