Realistic Wildlife Expansion: Animals with Unique Ecological Functions

I would love to see a major update that brings more real-world wildlife into Minecraft. Instead of just adding decorative mobs, every new animal should have its own unique function and utility for the player or the environment. For example, adding birds that help spread seeds, large predators that control the population of certain mobs, or marine life that helps players locate underwater structures. Adding a diverse and functional ecosystem would make exploration much more immersive and rewarding.
