Enchantment Swift Fleet

A Leggings Enchantment, that makes movement hazards less effective. Such as Slowness Positions makes you less slow. Spear Lunge Takes less Hunger. Sprinting takes less Hunger.

Some positives for having these are: Running on ice keeps more momentum, and Sprinting makes you move a little bit faster. This would be a found Enchantment, before an Elytra, but after getting Blaze Rods. Not traded with Villagers but found in a structure like Swift Sneak.
