New Enchantment book: Strider Step

This enchantment book would be able to be applied to all armor. At level 1, it would apply a 40% slow down reduction to things like frozen, and spider web effects. At level 2 it becomes a 70% reduction to slow down effects. At level 3, there is a 100% slow down reduction.
